Challenge

Driving day-one adoption with secure and accessible onchain experiences

For True Markets, launching a hybrid CeFi/DeFi platform meant tackling an industry defined by trust gaps and inconsistent user experiences. High-profile collapses of centralized exchanges (most notably FTX) had left many potential entrants cautious about where their assets were held. Meanwhile, decentralized exchanges offered greater ownership but introduced friction around wallet management and smart contract deployment.

True Markets envisioned a hybrid model combining the accessibility of a CEX with the transparency of a DEX. To deliver on that vision, True Markets required wallet infrastructure that supported frictionless onboarding, real-time access to trending assets, and uncompromising security across every transaction. 

As a lean team building the next evolution of crypto trading, True Markets also knew that wallet infrastructure should sit entirely outside of its execution environment. While they had the capability to build it themselves, bringing key management into their own codebase would have created unnecessary coupling and pulled them away from their core focus. Building and maintaining this internally would still require deep cryptography expertise, extensive security audits, and ongoing patching. Such an undertaking could have delayed launch by months while adding long-term overhead to the team.

To accelerate its launch timeline while preserving developer bandwidth, True Markets needed to partner with an established wallet infrastructure solution. The ideal partner would offer:
